Velixo for Microsoft Excel

Velixo is an Excel add-on created by Acumatica.  To use this to pull down data, you need the Velixo add-on installed, a configured connection, and a little bit of code.

Installing Velixo

You will only have to do this once on your computer, NOT once per spreadsheet.

You can select either version, but I recommend the Annual version.

Make sure all Excel instances are closed

Run the installation that downloaded

Click "INSTALL ANYWAY" when Windows warns you about the official store


Configuring Velixo

  1. START Excel
  2. Click on the "Acumatica" ribbon menu
  3. Click on "Connection manager" on the left side of the ribbon
  4. Click the "Add Connection" button
  5. Enter the name - this can be anything, but I recommend either "Vianovo" or "Vianovo-Training" depending on where you are connecting to.
  6. For the URL enter  https://lifewaymobility.acumatica.com.
  7. For the Tenant enter either "Lifeway" or "Lifeway Training"
  8. For username, enter your Vianovo user name
  9. For password, enter your Vianovo password
  10. Check Remember Me to save the password if you prefer
  11. Click "Connect", if everything is entered it will return you to the Connection Manager.
